Affiliates:  Dues for 2021 were due to the board office by Friday, February 19, 2021. Invoices for affiliate dues were sent by email on February 4. Please pay with cash or a check made payable to the HSV Board of REALTORS®. Contact the board office with any questions.

Our board participates in the Cooperative Arkansas REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service (CARMLS). We do not own or operate our own MLS. Learn more and contact CARMLS at http://carmls.com/, support@carmls.com, or (501) 224-3339. 

To join CARLMS, complete the CARMLS agent information form and return it to the board office. Also complete that form if you are an existing CARMLS member transferring your primary board membership or transferring to a new agency.  

Please pay your CARMLS fees through your broker. Contact CARMLS about MLS training, tech support, and Form Simplicity.

Members may purchase Supra lockboxes at the board office for $125 per box. We also can replace defective or damaged Supra lockboxes and XPress keys at the board office.

The state of Arkansas requires licensed agents to complete certain continuing education (CE) requirements every year. Our board conducts an annual CE program that is free for members and major sponsors. Affiliates and guests are welcome to attend for a fee. We will notify you when we schedule the 2021 program.

In 2021, this program also will include the ethics training required by NAR for the 2019-2021 reporting cycle (see Code of Ethics Training, below).

NAR members are required to complete two and a half hours of ethics training every three years. The current reporting cycle (2019-2021) will end December 31, 2021. 

Our board's 2021 continuing education program will include ethics training. We will notify you when we schedule the 2021 program.
