Our regular office hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The office is closed on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.

Our physical address is 121 Cordoba Center Drive, Suite 300, Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, 71909. The office is in the Hot Springs Village Visitor Center. Turn right before entering the West Gate then left into the parking lot.

Village Gate Access

Hot Springs Village is a gated community. Visitors without a POA decal or pass must have prior authorization to enter. Please contact the board office or one of our members before your visit, so that we may arrange for you to be admitted. Security officers are stationed at the West Gate twenty-four hours a day. Officers are stationed at the East Gate to admit visitors from 6 am to midnight.

You do not need a decal or pass to visit our office.

Community Outreach

Professional Development

We are committed to serving the community. Outreach activities include raising funds for Special Olympics Arkansas and the Hot Springs Village Fire Department, reading to children at a local Boys and Girls Club, awarding college scholarships, fielding clean-up teams for Village beautification events, and conducting voter registration drives.

Professional Development

Our board conducts an annual continuing education program for real estate agents, as well as ethics training. Members have access to a myriad of educational resources through our state and national associations. Board involvement provides opportunities for networking, professional recognition, and leadership development.
